Thanks! I don’t think romaji would be very productive for the student, but I’ll play with displaying both English and Japanese. I’m not sure how to do it yet technically, but I’ll look into it.
If the video has subtitle tracks for two languages like Japanese and English, there are browser extensions (Language Learning with Youtube for one) that can show the two at the same time. There are some people (like me) who prefer to not look at the English version and just try to understand the Japanese.
I forgot to reply to this, but that’s an excellent point. All the recent Nihongo no Tane videos now have both English and Japanese subtitles and can be used with Language Learning with Youtube. (https://languagelearningwithnetflix.com/)
If you click on any of the podcasts, there will be a button on that page that says, “Download the PDF.” You can right click that to download or view in your browser.
I think some of the early episodes didn’t have a PDF, but all the recent ones do (and future ones will).
I think it would be nice if the podcast’s video version had both the kanji and romanji displayed with the English subtitles.

How do I download the PDF file?

Let me know if you have any trouble with that.
Was episode 1 removed? I really wanted to read it.
That’s strange. I’m trying to fix that, but here it is:

Fixed it! That episode’s page was set to private for some reason. Sorry about that.
