Just a suggestion on the user experience, it would be nice to be able to navigate to the next lesson more easily than having to go back to the index and than selecting it. Maybe just a “” hyperlink at the top and bottom of the page. Looking at the URLs shouldn’t be too hard an implementation.
Regarding the answers included in Number 5, I was wondering if the だれにも（誰にも）had a different Japanese meaning? Since it appears that 誰に、だれが、だれが have subtle meaning changes. どうもありがとうございます。
Wondering for number 4, if なぜ would be an direct substitute for どうして
Yes, なぜ can substitute for どうして, but it is a little more formal or analytical. You can also say なんで来ましたか。 which would be more casual.

Yes, だれにも while meaning “(to) anyone” is mostly used with negative sentences as in だれにも分かりません” (Nobody understands).
It might be a good idea to memorize phrases like だれにも分かりません” (Nobody understands) so you learn how to use it with the correct form.
